Rotary Rinser Filler Capper

Product Details:

• This filling machine is suitable for carbonated or aerated beverages like soft drinks, sparkling water.

• The rinser washing nozzles spray the water under positive pump pressure of water. The bottles are inverted 180° in the rinser so that that water is drained out.
• The rinser with No Bottle-No rinser system.
• Minimum water wastage

• The Filling work on the counter pressure principle, be filled to pre set level and the bottle.
• No bottle No fill the product is supplied to the filling tank, and the product level in the tank is controlled.
• The bottles are lift to the filling nozzle by pneumatic lift cylinder, if the bottle is not lifted the valve does not open.
• One preset level reach bottle is lowered.
• The lift cylinders are lifted by compressed air and lowered by a positive push cam.
• The pressure in the bottle is released by snifting operation before the bottle is lowered

• Highly accurate cap Pick & Place and cap tightening .
• Touch Screen HMI Panel.
• Cap tightening torque can be easily adjusted on capping tool head.
